iPod Playlist/Music Transfer Software??

I have a playlist with a bunch of MP3s in iTunes on my laptop that I need to transfer to a few iPods over the coming weeks. I want to be able to just plug in their iPods (which are not set to sync with my iTunes) and transfer the playlist so it is automatically reflected on the iPod without that iPod having any of its songs or settings erased. Is this possible? Any software (paid or free) available that can do this task without hassle in typical elegant apple fashion?
