I can't kill this headset. It's 3 years old and I've zapped it several times with static. It still works perfectly given my abuse. Keep in mind it's not made for people with big heads or that wear glasses. I've only been able to wear mine for prolonged periods since I've bent the plastic to fit my head over the years.
