Ok so I purchased an airport extreme basestation yesterday. I connected a 500gb mybook to the usb and it comes up no problem, but everytime I drag a file to/from it or if my macbook pro accesses it in anyway, I get a kernel panic and need to restart my whole computer. it happens everytime and it has prompted me to not use the airdisk. The external is fine, I can use it plugged in strait to the macbook pro with no problems, it only happens when connected to the basestation. anybody know whats up with this?:(

Ok so I've been experimenting, I downgraded the firmware to 7.2.1 and it seems to work now.. it might have something to do with my time machine backup..
