To read it open Terminal in your utitlites folder and type mdls then drag and drop the file on the terminal window to create something like mdls /Users/username/Desktop/304725_01.png Then press enter.

ROFL dang beat me to it. I saw that pic and the post and couldn't believe no one recognized it. More than likely it's a simple screen grab with another image editing tool to put the bubbles in it to point out the features of the finder window.
