Problem with listening to BBC radio online

I've searched this issue here there and everywhere.
I am running tiger 10.4.9.

Basically when i attempt to listen to a BBC radio station it just produces nothing. There is no crash report no timing out.. I've re installed real player which it requires and done other things such as repair permissions.

Has anyone else had an issue such as this?
