Sound not exporting in iMovie 5.0.2

Although ticked, added sound on separate soundtrack in iMovie 5.0.2 is not exporting. Sound from video track, which has been zeroed is instead exported at 100%. Working well until recently on three different HDs, now on none.

Why not change to iMovie'08? - I don't like it.
