I was about the post the VistaSP1 vid under the thread title: "Please please ... no, No, NO!" and the message reading "Who at Microsoft is allowed to dream up these things without a net?", but you beat me too it (with a better link). 
Oh God, that Windows 386 one is ASTOUNDING. I've seen it before, but really, it just gets better with repeat viewings.
