When you misspell a word, which I neber do, you get the option to "learn spelling"...
Well if I accidentally chose the wrong spelling, how do I remove the misspelled word? Where is that "dictionary" located?

Thanx in advance.

go to your home Library then the Spelling folder and you should see one or two files. open this/these up with TextEdit and look for the word and delete it. save the document to your desktop and then remove its extension (may be hidden) and then drag it to the Spelling folder and replace.

Thank You.
I had 1 file named "en" in that folder, it had a couple of words that all ran together with no spaces, but it did not contain the word in question.
Here is exactly what I did and am having trouble fixing.
I misspelled the word apologize; appologize , then accidentally clicked on the option "add to dictionary". Now my spell check never alerts me when I make a boo boo. I don't find the word in the dictionary either?
