I just watched ONE youtube 3-minute video and my Macbook (GMA 950 graphics, 2.0 Ghz, 2 GB RAM) heated up to 180 degrees. The fans are still running, and the bottom of my MB is stinging my legs through my jeans because of the heat.

This happens every time I watch a flash video. Can anyone help?

Don't use OS X to watch Flash videos.

Uhhh... I'm afraid that doesn't help me. :( OSX is the only OS I have. I have the latest version of flash, but I lost 25% battery life in 10 minutes and had my fans cranking at 6200 rpm over ONE video.
