"Special Edition iPhone"

Could be new iPhone coming at end of April. Hmmm.

EDIT: Maybe this goes along with another poster that said iPhone is backordered until May.
 
Very interesting, I guess we will see when the day comes. But isn't it a little early for this? I can't see Apple releasing a new iPhone until 2.0, and unless 2.0 is coming on the 28th... ah I'm getting ahead of myself. We will see.
 
I suspect it's just a custom paint job -- either in multiple tones or else maybe in some colors that aren't normally available. But who knows?

You can get a lot of colorware products in multiple tones, with contrast colors and stuff like that, but it get's crazy expensive (it's expensive enough to begin with!). A colorware DS Lite would be really hawt though.... Just cannot convince myself it's worth the money.

That crossed my mind, too... Apple has done Product(RED) in the past, but the current isn't really in color. I had kind of wanted a Nano 2G Product(RED) merely because it was cute (in spite of thinking Product(RED) is an utter sham), but I ended up getting a used silver one instead....
 
maybe like the original apple logo that had the multi colored stripes going form top to bottom color scheme on an iphone?

Exactly.
It's not like Apple is going to tip off some painting company as to the release of a new product.

Probably true...but they don't have anything else listed on their site that is listed as "Special Edition". So it is kind of out of place for them. Guess we will see on the 28th.
 
I am not getting my hopes up, but what makes me wonder is that all products on the list are the actual product names and not "Special Edition PSP" etc. And this company is very fast at getting products setup for coating. Maybe their supplier has an inside line, etc. Don't know, but lets have fun with it and let people think what they want without the negative commentary.

Let's let people be ignorant to facts and wildly speculate about things that don't even make sense?
They have the right to say it, but we have the right to tell them they're wrong.
 
the 28th is a monday.. apple never releases something on any day except tuesday or friday.. maby they are going to do a special paint job maby gold or something:apple::apple:

and even if this company did know, there would have to be millions of legal contracts binding them to not mention one word of a release, or else they would get sued up the a**

thats not special. thats a "standard" option.
im willing to bet that someone just photoshopped the seam out of the back.
