HAd my new macbook maybe 6 weeks now, love it but haven't used it too much lately. Tyring to download any new updates and watch a few tutorials on their site and the videos won't load and the update only goes up maybe 15% and hasn't doen anything the past 20 minutes?
I tried restarting, no help. IS it maybe Apple's actual site tonight?
Or?
My wireless and net connection appear to be fine, I cna browse the net just fine.

Are you behind a proxy?? I am, and had similar issues until I got 10.5.2.

Automatic update wouldn't work, and I couldn't even use Safari - thank God for FireFox :)

I have no clue what a proxy is.
I have downloaded updates many times since I've had it and watched videos, but it won't let me know for some reason.

Are you going through a school/university/work network to access the web?

Probably not a proxy issue then, try clearing your cache and cookies in your browser.

Nope, just my home.
Once before it wouldn't load the videos on apple's site and I think someone said it was just busy.
Doesn't seem right though!
