Time Machine Space

Hi,

I recently purchased a 750GB external HD. I'd like to make it into two partitions and have one dedicated for time machine backups and whatever is left on the other to be used for additional storage. What size would you recommend I create for the time machine partition?

My internal drive is a 320GB with about 95GB being used currently.
