I have just recently purchased a imac and two (soon to be 3) :apple:Tv's.
I am in the process now of converting a large amount of content over to itunes/Apple Tv friendly format.
I have limited space on my iMac. (250GB)
I was looking at purchasing an 1 TB external to connect via firewire.
I ran across the 1tb Lacie ethernet Big disk in my searches. For the price it seems like a good solution for my needs.
Now I am trying to decide between:

1. 1Tb firewire attached drive.
2. 1Tb Lacie gigabit ethernet attached drive.

Has anyone used the Lacie?
Would it work for my needs? (holding content that I can point itunes toward so my ATV's can see it)
Is there a better solution that I am missing? (no Time Capsule - ratings even on the apple store suck - should be nice someday)

Thanks.
Best Regards,
Blair
