firefox non active window scrolling / similar to safari / possible?

i have just started using firefox and am liking it a lot. the only thing i cannot find to do or find as an add on is the feature that safari has. when you are not currently in the screen you can still scroll the page.
 
I'm not sure what you mean, I can scroll in FF with another application in focus just fine. I'm using the FF 3 beta, maybe your using 2.0 and its not supported in that?
