Can someone please explain why there is 1.27 GB of "other"?

Can someone please explain why there is 1.27 GB of "other"?

This seems kind of odd because before it was about 300 MB.

Did you happen to have a rented movie expire on your phone? This happened to me when a movie I moved to my iPhone expired, the movie no longer showed up in the iPod but the space was still shown in the "Other" section of the storage chart. Powering off the phone and turning it back on cleared the space.

Same here...did the same thing, poof that Other was gone.

I did and it did expire. I just did a quick restore to clear that junk out of there. Thanks for your input though, next time I will just reboot it. I actually can't remember the last time I shut off my iPhone....
