Help With Contacts! Only Numbers Display When Someone Calls Not Their Name?!

So to message someone I had to go through and put +61 in front of all my numbers (as im in Australia) but now someone called me and their number came up but no name and it was in 0405 format..

what can i do to change this?

or will i have to simply enter their number in both times in their contact cards?
