I tried searching this with limited success.

I have Office Mac and I am running into issues playing windows video files in PPT. I have various file types such as wmv, mpg, and mpeg that I need to work. At first glance through the PPT, the audio works on the majority of them, but the video does not play at all.

I have Flip4Mac and WMP player both installed on my MBP. Is there a workaround for this or will I need to convert all these video files to .mov extensions? And if so, what is a good (free) media file converter that can accomplish this.

Thanks so much.
