So I'm trying to watch some DVDs on my MBP and here is the funny issue.

Leopard won't recognize there is a DVD in the machine so I can't watch it on the the Mac side. But when I move over to Parallels the DVD will play just fine. What is going on here?!?

is parallels open when you put the disk in?

if so, parallels has control of the dvd drive, not leopard, quit parallels and itll work, or itll ask you if you want it to be available to parallels, if you click yes then leopard dose not see it

if this is not the case..i have no clue, good luck
