bluetooth says unavailable on 1.1.4 jailbroken iphone

Ya, so i installed services app on my iphone and later that day my friend "accidently" turned off my bluetooth and so now it says its unavailable. When i try to turn it back on it, it doesn't work. need help, please someone help
