Here's the deal:
I am operating on an MBP 2.2GHz; 320 GB @ 5400rpm; 4 GB;
I made an XP Home SP2 FAT32 partition via Boot Camp.
I then made an Ubuntu 64-bit Virtual Machine with VMWare Fusion; and through with the aid of this page on simplehelp.com I was able to connect to my Leapord/host home folder from Ubuntu in Fusion.
I then accessed my Boot Camp partition through Fusion, installed VMWare Tools, Reinstalled Boot Camp's drivers to make sure it would still work fine in Boot Camp.
Now I have Windows XP running fine in both.
My question to you all is this:
Is it possible to access my Leapord/host home folder from either Boot Camp OR Fusion OR both with Windows remaining in a separate partition?

With Windows you can use a program called "MacDrive" to access your Leopard partition.

Fusion also supports file sharing, so you can access folders that are on your Leopard partition from the virtualized Windows XP.
