Need help with Itunes Video Playback

Hi every1
I just noticed that my computers (Imac, Air and Mbpro) all play real bad mpg videos on Itunes.... They playback as if they were being streamed on a very slow internet connection....
This hasn't happened before, or maybe it did, but im to dumb to notice!
Any help would be greately appreciated!
