iPod touch Icons are gone,help !

well i installed some iphone apps that fixes calenders and stuff like that but then those icons disappeared ... how do i get my ... note pad,mail and contact icons back ?

i do not want to restore since i will loose all my current stuff on my ipod

i know restore will fix it but i want another way so i don't loose my info

If you're worried about losing contacts etc, don't be. It's all backed up in iTunes and will be replaced when you restore it. And did you install these things on a jailbroken one?

i am afraid of loosing all my games and secrets that i downloaded (lock box )

is there no way of just getting those icons /programs again ?


update : i got some back .. now i just need notes and it's fixed ..thanks guys

For notes.... hmm. You could just uninstall/reinstall that whole pack. If you legit bought it.... the source to get it free is applerepo.com

Not sure if you would lose all the data for it.

Ok.... few questions. Do you have the Categories app? or Stacks?

If you do...

Uninstall both of those (or either), uninstall the notes/mail/maps etc bundle.

Then restart your ipod... Go back install the bundle again. And then reinstall categories or stacks.
