Command + X, cut and paste problem...

Hey there,


I can't cut and paste files in my finder, the option looks frozen in grey in the menu option and the shortcut does not work! how is it possible ? any advice ?
I really need to move folders and this is taking too much time without cut_paste option! ;)

There is no cut shortcut for folders/files in finder in OS X. Many, many threads about it.

You can either use spring loaded folders to drag and drop to move....or open multiple windows to drag and move.
