Apple Extreme (2007 version) Apple Express to a Slingbox Pro

I'm in desperate need of help. I can't seem to connect my slingbox pro twhich is connected to a Air Express that connects to an Apple Extreme Base Unit (2007 version).

Can anyone provide detailed screen shots or step by step instructions. This has been very aggravating for me and I'm just at a lost.
