Just installed Leopard and getting two color windows

This is a minor to the overall experience of installing Leopard. I notice weird color boxes in windows and certain applications I use. I really don't know how to explain it but the screen shot shows a good example. Is there a fix or am I using a program that is at fault.

Hi, do you have alternative colours in finder e.g empty trash window not white? Because white, not all white, is replaced by this light teal green colour, xcode, finder itunes preferences are all effected on my computer and it is very annoying. But you said certain applications what are they? Sorry for not being of help but this is the only place I have found similar paraphernalia. By the way, check to see how it comes up as using; 'DigitalColour Meter' it's in utilities and can allow you to see how it is being projected.
