Hi, I just looked at the ram options for the iMac and MBP and they are all 200 upgrade for 4GB of RAM. Isn't that lower, wasn't it $400 before?

Yup,

I bet a lot of people feel ripped off (those naive enough to pay those prices that is :p)

Maybe they'll have a rebate, like with the iphone fiasco. :D
 
YOu're still being ripped off at $200. :D

I got 4 gigs for $70 on Newegg.com. And I got to keep my installed memory. :)
 
wasnt it $850 a few months ago? $200 is still highway robbery for something that only needs a pre-school level education to install yourself.
