converting 200gb hd into an external ??

hi I upgraded my mb hdd from 200gb to 320.

i heard there is some sort of cable I can buy that lets me use the 200gb hdd as a USB external is this true? I'd like to find some use for it..as it is a lot of space just for music.

It is not a cable but an enclosure you buy that you put the hard drive in then it connects by USB cable to your machine.
