Hello,
please I need some help with Time Machine. I have a MacBook Pro with 120GB HDD running Leopard (no Tiger installed before). When I run TimeMachine it shows that it's going to to backup about 270GB which is much more than all files and even more than my HDD and I have no other drives attached. Is that a known behavior? Is that OK?
Time Machine excluded my FileVault home directory from backups. I want it to be backed up (yes I'm aware that the backup occurs only during logout and browsing using Time Machine is limited), but I don't want to back it up twice - once as some kind of a disk image during being logged in and secondly during logout. Should the FileVault home directory be excluded or not?
Many thanks.
