Okay, I have a utility called "Gamma Controll" that I use to reduce the brightness of my screen at night/early morning so that I can more easily fall asleep/not burn eyes out in the morning while checking weather.

That works great but... I was thinking it would be nice if I could have it automatically turn on at a certain time, say 8:00 PM every night and then have it automatically turn off every morning at say, 7:00 PM.

I was hoping there would be a way to use automater/applescript to do this but I don't see a way... help?

Like, I want a script telling the program to open at 8:00 PM. How can I do this?

Alternatively... a really cool thing would be if every hour the computer is awake, it automatically takes a picture and adjusts the gamma so it's about as bright as the picture it takes.

Please help.

Thanks in advance.

My signature has my information... "all software" does include gamma control.
