How to save pictures?

I really feel like a tool asking this, but with a PC you just right click and "save image as". How do you do it on a Macbook?

That's great, and your right-click is where???? I use the trackpad 99.9999% of the time.

Check System Preferences --> Keyboard & Mouse --> Trackpad and make sure that two-finger right-click is enabled. Then just place two fingers on the trackpad and click!

Or just hold down the "control" key and click the trackpad.

Or just drag the picture to your Desktop from many apps.
