File recovery that preserves folder/file structure/names?

So I got a little too excited when I bought a new drive yesterday and accidentally deleted an important folder on a previous drive prematurely (50GB worth of dvd rips and such media). I have not manipulated the drive in any way in order to preserve the deleted files. I used Data Rescue II to salvage the files, but it destroys the folder structure and strips the names of the files...I think there is a setting in order to prevent that from happening, but it eludes me.

Could someone advise me or point me to an app that will reclaim my stuff in the way it was 24hrs ago?
