I'm hoping someone has a solution to this annoying problem. I am running a Mac Pro Intel with standard Leopard 10.5.2 configuration. I am trying to map to an Active Directory network drive with Leopard’s built-in server mapping tool, but I am running into a bug. Leopard does not allow me to map 2 network shares at the same time if the shares are on the same volume. For example, I have a network share called smb://server1/vol1, and beneath vol1 I have share1 and share2. If I try to map share smb://server1/vol1/share1/, it appears no problem. If I try to map smb://server1/vol1/share2/, share1 appears in a separate window. The only way I can map share2 is to first dismount share1. Does anyone know how to fix this?
