The day of the week is correctly displayed on the toolbar. History in Safari has the correct date but wrong day. If I click onto the time on the toolbar the day is wrong also. How do I fix this? MC

Safari history is always Sunday March 9, 08. Sorry I didnt mention the month is off too.

Look at the OPs screenshot again. The date in the Date & Time preferences is correct but the date in the menubar clock is wrong. Obviously the fact that it's showing the wrong month is what's causing it to show the wrong day of the week (March 9th was a Sunday). I have no idea why it's doing this, though.

oh... im sorry i never noticed that, I thoguht this OP thought the computers date was completely off all together. So I thought maybe the OP was VERY confused and thought it was a the 7'th or something. So ... i tried explaining that it WAS the 9'th. I apologize to acting like I thoguht the OP was dumb.

Similar issue, but the month is wrong

The month is not being updated when I have "Set date & time automatically". Even when I uncheck it, I can only update day and year (note that the format is dd/mm/yyyy). On the calendar, the correct date is highlighted, but the date above cannot be updated. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
