Hey everyone,
I have a large internal hard drive on my mbp and I initially made two partitions so I could install linux. Linux split the partition into two for a swap and I tried to use disk utility to merge them and it didn't work. I now just see the smaller swap partition with the main linux partition missing. I am unable to mount the swap partition and it doesn't let me mount or format it. It tells me to run first aid, but doesnt give me those options when I'm in that tab. Is there a way I can format or repair it not through disk utility? I'd prefer not having to backup and reformat since I don't have an external large enough.
Thanks!
Stephen
