Uninstalling Growlmail

Hi,

I have recently tried growl and installed the growlmail app only to find it doesnt work with the latest version of mail. I have since tried to remove it by clicking on the uninstall applescript that comes with growl, and as far as i can tell growl has been removed, but i still get the error message when i start mail that growlmail doesnt work with it, so i assume the growlmail plugin is still in there somewhere. Does anyone know how i can remove it?
