So I have my iMac at home with account Ahmed for example

Then I have a MacBook (supposedly), with an account called Poop on it for example.

Now I know about .Mac screen sharing, but can I use the Poop account on the MacBook to access the Ahmed account at the iMac from anywhere? like as if I am sitting right there at the computer? I am not really looking for screen sharing, more like ACCOUNT specific screen sharing.

I believe this is exactly what Back to My Mac is supposed to do. However, if you don't have .Mac all is not lost - you can still use a VNC program to connect to your iMac from your MacBook. It's just more difficult to do so.

I have Back To My Mac but thats screen sharing, like I can log out of accounts and into another, I mean like only screen share one of the accounts on the computer, is that possible?

I must admit, I don't quite follow you... I also have never used Back To My Mac - largely because I have a configuration that doesn't support it (one Mac running Tiger, the other Leopard).
