Looks aside, (I dont care), which would you choose for my new 24" iMac? I can get them for the same price. I listened to them at the store, and I think I may have preferred the ProMedia's, but I cant just pull the trigger on either. Thanks.

Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 or Soundsticks II

I got the ProMedia's about a year ago from Best Buy for about $90 on sale, and I love them. IMHO they are far superior.
I've never heard the Soundsticks but I've also never heard a bad pair of Klipsch speakers. I sell the Klipsh and they're the best 2.1 system i've ever heard... I just wished they'd make a 5.1 with optical in!
I bought my Klipsch speakers the summer of 2001 and to this day they still sound great and work perfectly. They also have stayed powered on 24/7. The speakers have been dropped many times as well and the speaker grills no longer stay on but the speakers still work perfectly. They are tough. I must have stayed in Comp USA for an hour comparing the speakers and settled on the Klipsch because they sounded the best.
