Any bady haveing ideas or same problem

Windows Vista Pro isn't a real window version...

Are you running Tiger or Leopard in OS X? I think the beta for Tiger will have expired by now so you'll need Leopard, and then you just use the Leopard DVD...

the beta expired but you could still use bootcamp. it's just not supported any longer.

anyways, could you specify how it does work? if you go to "my computer" are you able to see that there's a webcam? and if you click on it do you see your face? if so, then it works. if My computer does not detect the webcam you could try "add new device" in control panel (don't know if this applies to vista, but it does to XP).

just know that there's no photo booth software for windows.

Do you mean Vista Business?

It doesn't matter as the drivers should have been installed when you installed the drivers. Did you try the latest BootCamp updates?
