how do i install installer.app on 1.1.4?

As far as I know it came bundled with Ziphone in my case. Not sure if it's bundled with iLiberty or any of the other programs out there...someone will chime in.
If your phone is not Jailbroken, it needs to be jailbroken. And the programs that do this will install the Installer app for you.
