iOS How can I make a video of my app with sound for free?

I'm trying to make a video of a draft version of my app.

My app has sound and plays fine in the iPhone simulator.

However, if I try to make a video of it, whether I use screentoaster or jing, the sound isn't recorded.

I've tried the different sounds in each, but I can't get it to record the sound.

Can you recommend some free software to do this?

Or if theres a setting I need to change?

You could also use Audio Hijack to record the internal sound, then use iMovie to combine the video file and sound file, and export it as one.

I had to use the system preferences audio settings.

I managed to get it working wit screentoaster too
