I've bought a dozen apps for writing, taking notes, organizing my ideas, and so on. All of these allow landscape orientation, but most insist on showing a list of available files in a column on the left even when I'm focusing on a single document.
What's the point of that? Why take up useful screen estate with a margin serving no purpose after I've selected the note I wish to work on? I'd rather enjoy a "full screen writing experience" if I'm going to use the full keyboard, which could be complemented by a drop-down menu to choose other notes stored in the app.
At least allow the margin to slide away out of sight!
