Hello Im about to purchase a used Macbook Pro, i m thinking a 15 or 17 , any where between 3 month to a year and half old and around 1200 to 1500 dollars,
Now with so many different versions and variations of the Macbook Pro , whitch one should i buy with a budget ?
is there a link or site that would give me all the Macbook pro variations and can any one tell me if there is really a huge difference from all these models.
I mean its confusing some are 2.4 some 2.3 , with different hard drive etc
i don t do video ,mostly music.

Thank you and sorry if its a candid question to some of you

Any recent macbook pro should work. But I would make sure it has a 7200 RPM hard drive. The faster hard drive will make recording audio, using large sample libraries, etc. more smooth.
