This guy appears to have cracked the HDCP compliance issue for the iMac.

I have followed it (correcting step 2 for the 9.7 drivers) and the video adapter is successfully modded. I have this BD player http://www.amexdigital.com/Press_Release-E_Portable Blu-ray Super Multi Drive.htm and this BD software http://www.cyberlink.com/products/p...dSoftware_1_powerdvd&utm_campaign=CL_Homepage
So far I have only tried one BD movie "Batman Begins" (UK region 2) and the player just blacks out and exits when I press play. I am going to try a couple more movies but if you read the Apple thread qbunnie says he has achieved what many of us are looking for. Any ideas / suggestions to get mine working greatly appreciated. Thanks.
