To answer all of you in one go:

I will release the HTC theme once I'm happy with it and I deem it ready; by this time I hope to have got in touch with the weather icon designer. Though I'm not new to web design, I am new to Winterboard / iOS theming and also the Jailbreak community. I want to find the best way to distribute my theme and am open to suggestions.

My whole theme is actually a compiled, customised version of Suave HD. Get yourself Five Column SB, Five Icon Switcher, Clock Hide and Gridlock and you're well on your way. The rest is taken from Glasklart HD and the Wi-Fi/Signal bars on page 112 of this thread.

The other HTC style themes are lame. This is the only one that looks like it is the real deal, designed for the iPhone 4. It is very shibby!

What icons are these, or where are they from?

you have to ssh into your phone and go to System/Library/Carrier Bundles and find: Default_CARRIER_ATT@2x.png & FSO_CARRIER_ATT@2x.png, backup the originals! and put in the new ones.
You can find the db carrier logos at dbarteam.net, but you have to register.

Thank you. It's a LS I created and I released it on dbNiche. I made it so you can change the bottom text to personalize it. it will be on dbarteam.net in a week or so.
