I have an iPod Nano 3g, I bought it used from someone on craigslist. It works fine but I don't like the color. I want to change it, but I don't want to add a case or skin. Is there a way to switch out the actual front part of my iPod with another one?

It wouldn't be worth the hassle. You'd have to find the parts and risk screwing it up.

Like it was said before, changing the parts are too much of hassle. You can do it but I hear the rear panel on the 3g gets practically destroyed when removing it. But if you insist, try ebay for a dead one and make the switch. How about paint?

Ok thanks.....I just thought you couldn't disconnect the front part from the inside circuitry, but if it's possible, then I'll try it.
