Hi guys im testing out imessage..
When i send a message from my iphone to my ipad...the ipad wakes up and notifies me...thats great, then if i text back and to it works fine, showing delivery, read etc...
But..if my iphone is 'off' and i send a message from the ipad...the iphone doesnt wakeup, it doesnt even notify me if im browsing apps etc..only when i go into messages does it show a message from the ipad..

Any ideas?

Check the notification settings for messages on the iPhone. They are probably turned off.

In notifications -sort apps is manually?
Messages - notification center - on
Alert style - alerts
Badge app icon - on
Show preview - off
Repeat alert - once
View in lock screen - on

Then in message settings
Imessage- on
Send reciepts - on
Send as sms - on
Recieve at - 2
Mms - on
Show subject - off
Character - off

It just worked now...still i dont trust it
Get my 4S 2moro so hopefully it works better with it..maybe
