Shrink Window without mouse??

Some windows go beyond the edge of the my screen....ergo, I cannot reach scroll bar/sizing corner with mouse/arrow. Have 'shrunk' window with upper-right corner button ...but it is not enough....

How can I shrink window without having to use mouse??

if you press the (+) bubble at the upper right hand corner of the window, it should *knock* it back into full view. if its that far away where you cant get it, just select Window at the titlebar, then Zoom.
