I installed the Messages beta, but shortly afterwards realised that it doesn't link up to your mobile number, and uses the iCloud email address instead.
This isn't for me - I don't want all of my iMessage contacts to know my email address.
How do I uninstall Messages? Dragging the from Applications gives me an error that it is required by OSX.
