Dropbox - storage
PDF Expert - annotate pdfs
Notability - record and take notes
Flipboard - news, politics, mac news, anything else your interested in
Mr. Reader - rss
Omnifocus - task management
These are the apps I use most often. Any others are only used sparingly. I recently switched from Reeder to Mr. Reader. I think its the best rss reader out there. I like that flashcards deluxe can download from quizlet and flashcard exchange.

10 Most Used iPad Apps
I decided to try using only my iPad for a year and see if I can get along with only my desktop and iPad. Here are the apps that I find to be my top used apps:
2. Mercury Web Browser
5. Designs for Pages
7. Google Apps
Great suite for getting basic (and sometime more) business related jobs done. It keeps me in touch and I can monitor everything from my iPad.
Real Sudoku3D - Leap into the third dimension

Olive Tree BibleReader ... see youtube for all this offers
Notes Plus for handwriting (UPad deserves mentioning here)
FlipBoard and Zite are excellent special interest browsers
iFiles (for remote file organization / viewing / retrieving / from cloud services like dropbox, you're own ftp-server, FaceBook, Google Docs, Picassa, MobileMe, WebDav, Amazon, etc etc etc ... )
ArtStudio => for anyone wanting to get a little serious with doing digital artwork on the iPad
Photogenie for photo editing (although iPhoto is also good)
EBay is sweet and very responsive with it's recent updates -> almost better than regular web browser.
EASY BOOKS => AWESOME double-entry financial business software for anyone running a small business and wanting to keep track of profits, and categorized overhead expenses, invoicing regular accounts, managing payments, etc ... (May take a little bit to customized it's default template, but becomes more and more intuitive to use everyday. Very easy and organized. Also, makes filing at tax time very easy ... )
