Sharing internet over wifi from Mac mini to Ps3 = SLOW
I have the ethernet cable plugged into my mini and shares the internet over wifi to my iPhone, iPad, etc. I also share it to my Ps3 and even with 100% signal strength the connection is SLOW.
It takes one hour to download a 1 gb file. With the ethernet cable plugged into the ps3 it would take a few minutes. What is wrong here, any ideas? Thanks for any input! |

I suspect a shared Internet connection isn't going to be as efficient as having a wireless router. That said wireless inherently is much slower then a wired Ethernet connection so I wouldn't expect the same speeds.
